AL-ZN COATED COILS

There is a zinc layer on the surfaces of galvanized sheets, which could protect the anodic. It implies that zinc layers replace base metals from being eroding. Just when the zinc layers vanish then the base metals are damaged.

The surface cladding material of the aluminum-zinc coil is made with 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and a little number of other elements. Since the zinc aluminized covering could do essentially nothing to protect the anode and plays a little part in countering the erosion. To prolong the life of the coil, people should cover the edge when the xinyulume is cut.

The surface of the Al-Zn alloy coated steel sheet is more beautiful than that of zinc-coated steel. Besides, it is more expensive than zinc-coated steel. Furthermore, the limited spangle is costlier than the huge spangle.
